The Swisher Max Z ZT2660B is an excellent performing machine that is durable and delivers good value for money. It is affordable for domestic use but is also tough enough to be used commercially. It is ideal for home owners with large areas of lawn to mow and for small businesses. The deck is very large at 60" and gives a good cut on any terrain at all speeds.
The Briggs and Stratton 26 hp engine gives a top speed of 6mph even with the huge cutting deck engaged. Mulching blades are provided as standard issue and work well. The cutting deck is stable and well balanced at all speeds and terrains. On rough terrain the anti scalping wheels do a good job. Two 2 gallon tanks hold enough to cut a large area without refilling. One minor problem is that the powerful machine can create a updraft that sends clippings into the air
The Swisher Max Z ZT2660B is very responsive with good controls which give a smooth ride even on uneven surfaces. There is a padded seat with comfortable arm rests. The machine is easy to maneuver even though it is large. The frame is heavy at 900 pounds but is strong and integrated well in the suspension. All the components are easy to access for routine maintenance.
