The Toro Titan Z Z4800 Model 74812 zero-turn lawn mower is a smooth running machine that is a pleasure to use. The easy to use ignition and the control levers that are hydraulically dampened, contribute to the ease of use. The 48" cutting deck is foot controlled and easy to adjust between 1 1/2" to 4 1/2". Cutting is even and consistent at all cutting heights and speeds. The 22 hp Briggs and Stratton engine is powerful and gives a top speed of 7mph and easy climbing on hills. Handling is smooth even on tight angle turns and the zero angle turns are exceedingly smooth. Triple blades give even cuts over the entire diameter of the deck.

The sturdy steel frame gives a stable ride without straining the chassis and the ride over bumpy terrains is smooth due to the excellent suspension. A spring loaded seat with an 18" high back and armrests increases the comfort of the ride. The tank has an adequate 4 gallon capacity, enough for mowing several acres.

There is an optional mulching attachment that does a good job and a bagging attachment that is a little small for the 48" cutting deck. Lights, a sunshade and hitch are all optional attachments.

The Toro Titan Z Z4800 Model 74812 is a good residential lawn mower that is also powerful enough for commercial use.

Advantages

Smooth cut, good control levers, good seat

Disadvantages

Small bagging attachment
